Our neighborhood school, Charlie and Charlotte Mooneyham Elementary, is served by the award-winning Frisco ISD schools and soon we will also have a neighborhood High School.

Two Amenity Centers

We will have two amenity centers One features� a kiddie pool and a Jr. olympic sized pool fully equipped for the handicapped, bar-b-que pits, a playground area and pic-nic tables.�

Our Home Owners Association is fortunate to work with the friendly, caring, easy to work with management company Lone Star Association Management.� Our representative, Wendy Franklin, consistently goes out of her way to meet the needs of all HOA members as well as residents of our community.

Acting as Board until all construction is finished,� Mr. Gary DeFrain, head of development with Custer West IV Partners, has not only been key in the development of our community, but continues to provide guidance and leadership in the creation of The Heights At Westridge Homeowners Association.
