Community Information
For those of you wondering why you have not received a newsletter for the community it is because the company that was providing it for FREE is no longer offering their services.  Lone Star is working to find another source of little to no expense to the community but at this time none have been found.  Please continue to check the website for community news and information.  If another free service can not be found we will do our best to work the funds into the budget for 2011 for the printing and reproduction of a newsletter. Thank you for your patience and understanding and as always if you would like to participate in putting together the content of the newsletter please contact Wendy Franklin with Lone Star at wfranklin@lonestarmanagement.com.

Cell Phones and School Zones don't mix
Homeowner's need to be extra cautious while driving in the neighborhood during school zone times.  McKinney approved the no cell phone use in school zones.  Parents if you have teenagers that drive please make sure you make them aware of this law as it is a very expensive lesson to learn the hard way. Click here for more details.
