It has been brought to the attention of the pool committee that unsupervised children have been entering the pool area.  Parents, please remember that no one under the age of 16 is allowed in the pool area without a person 18 years or older.  There are no lifeguards on duty at the pool so it is very important that all homeowners follow the rules.  Vandalism continues to be a problem with kids throwing paper products in the toilets and pool and also throwing pool furniture in the pool.  If the person responsible for these damages is caught please understand that the association will hold the parents responsible for the minor and will have to pay for the damages.  It has also been reported that non-resident adults and children have been entering the pool area and we encourage you, as dues paying homeowners to protect your investment and ask them to leave or report it immediately to the police because it is considered trespassing.
